Shipping and Return Policy

How We Ship Your Orders

Our Warehouse is located in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-2pm. During the Christmas Holiday season, we try and ship Monday thru Saturday.

We receive your orders in the morning and pack throughout the work day. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before 1pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.

We dispatch your orders via USPS or FedEx depending on weight, size, and destination of your package. Once shipped, delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 6 days.

The Standard Shipping option ships anywhere in the US Continental states. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska (additional shipping may be required).

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping = $8.95
  • If shipping is owed or order is incomplete, we will hold the order until items are received into stock or once order is paid for in full with shipping.

    If there are any discrepancies in your order (sold out/past dates of teas, etc.) we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

    Once your order has shipped, an email with the parcel tracking will be given so you may monitor your package.

    Express Shipping

    Express Shipping can be selected in the Shipping Methods at checkout. US domestic only (additional rate may be required if shipping international)

    We ship out the same days as standard shipping (MWF). If using Express Shipping, your order is top priority to ship out.

    Depending on weight, size and destination we may ship via USPS or FedEx Express methods. Delivery is generally 1-2 days.

    We will contact you if your order requires attention before shipping.

    We would appreciate if given a desired delivery date in note/comment section before checkout.

    International Orders

    If shipping Internationally, please select the International Shipping option during checkout or call/email us before putting your order through so we can give you a detailed quote on shipping.

    Shipping rates depend on weight, size and destination.

    We dispatch International Orders via USPS International Shipping (Priority Mail International for First Class Delivery)

    Once shipped, delivery may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

    Please call or email us for a quote. If contacting us before placing your order, you will be given a quote along with a special shipping code to use before checkout of the specified rate.

    If placing your order first and selecting the International Shipping method, you will be contacted by us to pay for the shipping before we ship out and we will bill you via PayPal (no account needed)

    If having trouble placing an order due to error of address or payment method, we suggest using the PayPal method to pay for the order. We find that works most for International customers.

    We guarantee your unconditional satisfaction.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Annie's Tea Time. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the price of the product. We ask you to pay the shipping charges. If you want to exchange the product for another one, we ask you to pay shipping to send out the exchanged product.

    If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly refund both the product and shipping cost.

    It is best to contact us before you return your order.

    How to Return Your Order

    We will provide a refund according to your method of payment upon receipt of your return.

    Please be sure to put the reason for your return on your sales receipt. If you do not have a copy of your sales receipt, write your name, address, email and reason for return on a separate piece of paper.
